In astrology, this turning point also signifies the start of a new cycle as the Sun moves into Aries—the sign of courage, initiation, and new beginnings.

This meditation kicks off a free, year-long monthly community gathering where we pause to reflect on the month's astrology and reconnect with our bodies through gentle Restorative Movement and Meditation.

During this first gathering, we will:

• Honor the balance between rest and action

• Release tension and support the nervous system

• Set intentions for the astrological new year
