Full Moon in Taurus: Coming Home to What Grounds Us

The Full Moon in Taurus invites us to slow down, take a breath, and return to what reminds us we are here, in this body, living this life.

Taurus teaches us that not everything needs to be figured out. Sometimes we need to feel our feet on the ground, notice what is working, and recognize where we have been holding on to something that no longer brings us peace.

The Full Moon brings things into the light. It may reveal where we have been seeking security outside ourselves, forgetting that some of our deepest stability comes from within.

What if feeling grounded and steady isn't about having everything in place or material wealth, but about learning to feel safe within ourselves, even as life changes?

In the simplest terms, Taurus invites us to listen to our bodies, honor what we value, and make room for a simpler kind of abundance. Abundance may not always be measurable, but we can feel it through our senses and our somatic landscape.

Three ways to work with this Full Moon

1. Come back to your body. Take a gentle walk, stretch, or sit quietly with your feet on the ground. Notice your breath. Let your body remind you that you don't have to rush through every moment.

2. Reconnect with what truly matters to you, both within yourself and in partnership. Ask yourself: What brings genuine nourishment into my life? It might be a meaningful conversation, time in nature, a nourishing meal, or the freedom to simply be yourself.

3. Release the need to hold on so tightly. Let go of the shore and trust that your own soul will hold you. Not easy, but worth the exploration. Notice where fear may be asking you to cling to an old habit, expectation, or situation. You don't have to let everything go. Simply become curious about what you are ready to loosen your grip on.

Here is a Soul Practice from me to you:

Place one hand over your heart and the other on your belly. Take three slow breaths and ask yourself, What would help me feel more at home within myself today? Allow the answer to come without forcing it.

The Taurus Full Moon reminds us that peace is not something we have to chase. Sometimes it begins when we stop long enough to listen to what our soul and body have been whispering all along.

Come back to yourself. There is wisdom in the quiet.

Warmly,
Nancy

Timing note: The Full Moon peaks at 12:12 a.m. EST on Monday, October 26. Look up the number 12:12. It is a master number.
